Privacy Policy

Daily Page: Journal & Planner for iPhone and iPad · Effective date: 16 August 2026

The short version: Daily Page has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no third-party SDKs. Everything you write stays on your device and — only if you turn on iCloud sync — in your own private iCloud account. We, the developer, never receive, see or sell your journal, tasks, habits, mood entries, photos, voice memos or any other personal data.

1. Who we are

Daily Page is published by Divine Barbany (the “developer”, “we”, “us”). Contact: Barbanvine@hotmail.com.

2. Data we do not collect

The app does not collect, transmit or store on our servers any personal information. We do not use analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not create user accounts and we do not know who you are. There is no “Data Used to Track You”.

3. Data that stays on your device

All content you create in Daily Page — journal entries, tasks, time blocks, projects, goals, habits and habit logs, mood/energy/sleep check-ins, focus sessions, templates, tags, gratitude and highlight lists, sketches, photos, scanned documents, voice memos and their transcripts — is stored in the app’s private storage on your device (Apple SwiftData / the app’s App Group container). It is protected by iOS data protection and, if you enable it, by the app’s Face ID / Touch ID lock.

4. iCloud sync (optional)

If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, your data is synchronised through Apple’s CloudKit private database inside your own iCloud account (container iCloud.com.zizoo.dailypage). This data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple, is only accessible with your Apple Account, and is not accessible to the developer. You can turn sync off at any time; Apple’s privacy policy governs iCloud.

Text analysis features (sentiment, themes, people & places, weekly review) run entirely on-device using Apple’s NaturalLanguage framework.

6. Purchases (Daily Page Pro)

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). We only receive anonymised transaction status from Apple to unlock features; we never receive your name, payment details or address. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

7. Export, backup and deletion

You can export your data at any time (Markdown, PDF, JSON backup) and delete individual entries or all data from Settings › Data › Erase all data. Deleting the app removes its local data; disabling iCloud sync and deleting the app’s iCloud data (Settings › Apple Account › iCloud › Manage Storage) removes the synced copy.

8. Children

Daily Page is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone — children or adults.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above, and describe the change in the App Store release notes.

باختصار: التطبيق بلا حسابات، بلا تحليلات، بلا إعلانات، وبلا مكتبات طرف ثالث. كل ما تكتبه يبقى على جهازك — وإن فعّلت مزامنة iCloud فيبقى داخل حساب iCloud الخاص بك فقط. نحن (المطوّر) لا نستلم بياناتك ولا نراها ولا نبيعها أبدًا.

ما لا نجمعه

لا يجمع التطبيق أي معلومات شخصية ولا يرسلها إلى خوادمنا. لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع أو إعلانات، ولا ننشئ حسابات مستخدمين.

البيانات على جهازك

اليوميات والمهام والعادات والحالة المزاجية والصور والمذكرات الصوتية ونصوصها وكل المحتوى الآخر يُخزَّن محليًا في التخزين الخاص بالتطبيق، ويحميه نظام iOS، وقفل Face ID الاختياري.

مزامنة iCloud (اختيارية)

عند تفعيلها تُزامَن البيانات عبر قاعدة CloudKit الخاصة داخل حساب iCloud الخاص بك، مشفّرة من Apple، ولا يمكن للمطوّر الوصول إليها. يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت.

الأذونات

التقويم والتذكيرات (عرضها داخل الصفحة اليومية)، الميكروفون والتعرّف على الكلام (تفريغ المذكرات الصوتية على الجهاز)، الكاميرا والصور (المرفقات ومسح المستندات)، Face ID (قفل التطبيق)، الإشعارات (تذكيرات محلية). كل ذلك يُعالج على الجهاز فقط.

المشتريات

الاشتراكات تُعالَج بالكامل عبر Apple (App Store)، ولا نستلم اسمك أو بيانات الدفع.

التصدير والحذف

يمكنك تصدير بياناتك (Markdown، PDF، JSON) أو حذفها كلها من الإعدادات في أي وقت.
